This home is the furnished with comfort in mind, and accented with water views. Perched on a hill, the picture windows bring in the sunshine and views. Freshly remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher, plus dining table in living-dining area. From the dining area, you can reach the level back yard and patio, for your morning coffee or dinner on the grill.
There is aseparate entry to a private office-working space. Bring your laptop and do a zoom meeting without distractions.
This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms with 2 baths. Comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom suite. 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a full bed and a crib, and last bedroom had 3 twin/full beds. Very family friendly with crib and some toys and games for the kiddos.Washer and dryer included.
The upsloped lot is landscaped. There is a patio and an area for a firepit (when allowed).
